The reasoning behind the travel-sized items is to save space in the suitcase, as it's likely they'll be an opportunity to purchase full-sized products in America.
Bedding/Linen
❥ 3 warm blankets
❥ 2 towels (1 bath, 1 beach!)
❥ Laundry bag
❥ Delicates bag
❥ Sleeping bag (buy in the US)
Double check with your camp if bed linen will be provided.
Miscellaneous

❥ Lanyard
❥ Stationery
❥ Headphones
❥ Electronics and chargers
❥ US travel adapter
❥ Extension lead
❥ Portable charger (pack a couple, fully charged for emergencies)
❥ Books/Ebooks

❥ Travel pillow (memory foam is best!)
❥ Duck-tape (for labelling)
❥ Permanent/fabric marker (as above)
❥ Something UK/country-themed (for 4th July celebrations)
❥ Costume/fancy dress item(s)
❥ All documents (and take photos of these too!)
❥ Spare pair of clothes/underwear in carry-on luggage
If you made it through all of that, congrats! You're probably like me, frantically stressing about all the possible things you might need during your three-month stay at a summer camp. Or... you're my mother. Hi, mum.
Let me know what you're taking to camp and if you think I've missed anything!
Hannah xoxo
